Does Servtide really migrate my data for free?+
Yes. For new accounts, our migration team imports your customers, properties, job history, and open invoices at no extra charge. You export from your current system (or send a spreadsheet), and we handle the mapping and import.
Which systems can I switch from?+
We regularly migrate shops from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, ServiceFusion, Workiz, QuickBooks, and plain spreadsheets. If your tool can export CSV, we can almost certainly import it.
How long does migration take?+
Most migrations finish within a few business days, depending on data volume and how clean the export is. Simple CSV imports can be same-day.
Will my business have downtime?+
No. You keep using your current tool until your Servtide account is reviewed and ready, then switch over on a date that works for you.
Can I import the data myself?+
Yes — Servtide supports CSV import for customers and other records, so you can self-serve if you prefer. Most owners let our team do it to save time.
